ALTOUR GLOBAL FORUM: UNITING OUR GLOBAL BRAND AND VISION FOR THE FUTURE

By Cheryl Lamont – Vice President Marketing & Communications, ALTOUR

As I reflect on an incredible week in Orlando at the ALTOUR Travel Together Global Forum, I am filled with pride and gratitude. This forum marked a transformative milestone for ALTOUR as we showcased our unified global brand, bringing together teams and operations across more than 90 countries under one name, one mission, and one vision.

Over the past few months, we’ve worked tirelessly to align our values, capabilities, and services to create a cohesive global brand that reflects who we are and the exceptional service we provide. Saying goodbye to Travel Leaders Corporate, Travel Leaders International, and CTS brands was bittersweet, but it was also a celebration of our collective strength as we officially unite as ALTOUR.

Our mission, “To manage the complexities of connecting people so they can represent their brands in the most impactful way possible,” was brought to life throughout the forum. It was inspiring to see our global colleagues, suppliers, and clients come together to collaborate, innovate, and build the future of travel management.

Highlights from the Week

Each day of the forum built upon our “Travel Together” theme, celebrating the power of unity and shared purpose:

  • Day 1: We kicked off with the unveiling of ALTOUR’s new global brand proposition, setting the tone for a week of meaningful connections and forward-thinking discussions.

  • Day 2: Innovation took centre stage with the debut of ALTOUR Intelligence, our AI-powered ecosystem that is transforming business travel. The day concluded with an awards dinner honoring our outstanding colleagues from around the world.

  • Day 3: Key regional trends and global perspectives were shared, with panels featuring our airline and hotel partners showcasing how they’re adapting to meet the changing needs of travelers.

  • Day 4: Professor Stephen Barth’s keynote charged the room, providing invaluable insights into navigating challenges in business travel. Panels on technology and client strategies illuminated the way forward as we look to 2025.

  • Day 5: In the spirit of giving back, attendees created Thanksgiving gift baskets for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida, along with donations totalling over $4,000. This act of generosity reflected the heart of ALTOUR and our commitment to supporting the communities we serve.

A Unified Vision

As Gabe Rizzi, ALTOUR President, said during his opening remarks, “This new chapter for ALTOUR is more than just a rebrand. It’s a commitment to our clients, supplier partners, and colleagues around the world that we are stronger, more innovative, and more connected than ever before.”

Gabe’s words perfectly captured the spirit of the forum. Our unified brand is not just a reflection of who we are today but a promise of who we strive to be for our clients in the future.

Looking Ahead

I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited for the road ahead. The ALTOUR Travel Together Global Forum was a testament to the power of collaboration, innovation, and shared purpose. I invite you to explore our new website, ALTOUR.com, where you can learn more about our unified vision and how we’re harnessing the power of human connections to drive business success. Together, we are poised to take on the complexities of travel with a renewed sense of purpose and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Thank you to everyone who made this week unforgettable. Here’s to the future of travel, together.
